Meet Chef Rodney
Rodney Van Oirschot is the owner and executive chef of Four Leaves Cafe Food Store. He began as an apprentice chef in Australia, worked as a sous chef in large commercial kitchens, then spent time in New York helping open a new restaurant. He came home and opened Four Leaves in Rosanna in 2016, and runs Classic Catering from the same kitchen. After more than 30 years of cooking, you'll still find him behind the deli counter, talking Reubens with the regulars. Every recipe on this page is his. Our story
